Yes. Both products let you inspect their output types and download the selected preview as a watermarked PNG. All live previews are watermarked until payment is confirmed. After confirmation, the live previews and paid downloads are watermark-free; free preview downloads remain watermarked. When your layout looks right, choose a currency, accept the terms and use the one-time checkout to unlock the print-quality files.

You receive the selected print-size PDF, a high-resolution PNG, a 1080 × 1080 square social image and a 1080 × 1920 vertical Story image. You can choose Heritage, Motorsport or Clean Modern styling and optionally add a mobile story-card QR or a plain-text offline QR.

ShowMyRide defaults to “Show full photo”, which keeps the entire image visible with a background matching your design. The Showboard, Social Square and Social Story each have independent photo settings. Choose a preview tab or use “Adjust photo for” to select the format, then optionally choose “Fill frame” and adjust its zoom and position. Changing one format does not change the others. Check all three preview tabs before downloading; the free watermarked preview follows the selected tab. Your settings are saved with the draft. Uploading a replacement photo resets all three formats to Show full photo.

The vehicle details are encoded inside the QR link itself, after the # symbol. Scanning opens a polished mobile card, but ShowMyRide does not create an account or store a public owner profile. The page needs an internet connection to open, and anyone with the QR can read the details you put on it. Choose the offline option if you want plain text instead.

A3 is the most useful international display size. Choose A4 for home printing. In the US and Canada, Letter works at home and Tabloid gives you a larger display. Ask your printer to print at 100% or “actual size”.

No. Both builders re-encode and resize selected images inside your browser, which also removes embedded camera metadata. Images are not sent to our server. Your temporary draft can remain in this browser for up to 24 hours.

Stripe Managed Payments processes the transaction through Link. The listed price includes applicable indirect tax, and Stripe may offer a local-currency equivalent. You can use Link or check out as a guest where available.

Stripe returns you to the same builder. The site verifies the payment, then unlocks file creation on your device. Keep the tab open until your files have downloaded.

Yes. During the same browser session, correct the text and regenerate the purchased files. Because the draft stays on your device, another device cannot retrieve it from us.

No. It is deliberately a printable asset kit for smaller events that already use paper, email or their normal registration process. It does not register entrants, take entry fees, manage judges, issue permits or provide safety documentation.

Yes. Select Event poster, Windscreen cards, Judging sheets, Public-choice ballots, Award certificates, Directional signs, Social Square or Social Story in the preview. Each PDF shows one representative page from the same template used in your purchased files. The caption explains the full quantity, paper size and numbered or blank setting. The print and organiser guide is included as PRINT-ME-FIRST.txt in your purchased ZIP, but is not shown in the preview. Your photo is used on the poster and social images, and your logo is included in the supported document layouts.

Yes. Choose automatic numbering for 25, 50 or 100 vehicles, or choose blank templates when you expect more than 100 vehicles or want to add the numbers yourself. Blank mode includes a reusable sheet of two windscreen cards and one judging-sheet template; print as many copies as needed and write matching entry numbers on them. Ballots also remain blank for unlimited printing. The kit creates one certificate for each of the first 12 award categories, plus a blank spare.

You may enter accurate facts about a vehicle you own or are authorised to display. Do not upload logos, images or wording you lack permission to use, and do not imply manufacturer or event-body endorsement.

Leave the page open, check that downloads are allowed for the site, then select “Create files” again. If the problem continues, use the support link in your Link receipt or our contact form and include the payment reference—not your vehicle photo.
