Payment and seller of record

You can create a watermarked preview without paying. A purchase is made only when a live payment succeeds. The transaction is sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe/Link acting as merchant of record for payment processing, receipts, transaction support, fraud, disputes and applicable indirect-tax handling covered by that service. ShowMyRide remains responsible for the product and file-generation support.

What is provided

ShowMyRide generates a display-board PDF, social images and an optional QR from information you supply. ClubShowKit generates generic, editable-by-regeneration event artwork, social images and printable forms. A purchase is for one vehicle pack or one event pack, as described at checkout.

Prices and licence

Listed checkout prices include applicable sales tax, VAT or GST. Stripe may offer a local-currency equivalent before payment; the final amount is always shown at checkout. After purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use and reproduce the downloaded files for the vehicle or event entered. You may not resell access to the generator or redistribute blank templates.

Your content and accuracy

You keep your rights in content you enter. You confirm that you may use all text, photos and logos and that they do not infringe privacy, copyright, trade mark or other rights. You are responsible for checking names, dates, specifications, claims, contact details, QR contents and print proofs before publishing or printing.

No affiliation or certification

The service is independent and is not endorsed by a vehicle manufacturer, club association, event venue or judging authority. Outputs are presentation materials, not evidence of authenticity, provenance, roadworthiness, value, awards or technical certification.

Event responsibilities

ClubShowKit does not supply legal terms, participant waivers, permits, insurance, emergency plans, accessibility plans, food or alcohol compliance, traffic control, child-safety processes or professional judging standards. Event organisers remain responsible for local requirements and should use qualified advisers where needed.

Digital delivery

Files are generated on your device after successful payment verification. You should download and back them up promptly. Once downloaded, the files do not expire. Generation and re-generation access in the original browser lasts for 24 hours, and availability can depend on your browser, device, internet connection, Stripe and the hosting platform.

Fair use and limits

Do not misuse the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, automate abusive requests, resell access to the generator or use it for unlawful, deceptive or harmful material. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer rights or liability that law does not allow to be limited.

Changes

These terms may change for future purchases. The version shown when you pay applies to that purchase, together with any mandatory rights in your location.
