Privacy

The short version

Your photos, logos and project details are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. We do not require an account, run behavioural advertising, sell personal information or maintain an entrant database.

Temporary drafts

The builder may save a draft in local browser storage for up to 24 hours so you can return from checkout without losing your work. You can clear it at any time using the builder’s “Clear draft” control or your browser settings. Drafts do not synchronise across devices.

Payments

Checkout is hosted by Stripe and the transaction is sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe and Link receive the details needed to process the payment, calculate applicable indirect tax, prevent fraud, provide transaction support and issue a receipt under their own privacy notices. This site receives the payment status, product, currency and limited transaction identifiers needed to unlock the correct download; it never receives or stores full card details.

Improvement suggestions

If you use the feedback form, your suggestion and optional reply email are sent to our support inbox through Resend. They are used to review the product and reply when needed, not for advertising. Basic technical signals may be checked temporarily to limit spam. Do not include card details, identity documents, private vehicle records or other sensitive information.

Server information

Like most websites, the hosting and payment providers may process short-lived technical logs such as IP address, browser type, request time and security signals to operate and protect their services. We do not add third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on selected public pages to understand visits, popular pages and website performance. Cloudflare processes technical information such as page paths, referring websites, approximate country, browser and device type, and loading measurements. It does not use cookies or local storage for these analytics or track individuals across websites. We do not add analytics events for your form answers, vehicle or event details, photos, payment references or downloads.

Our analytics does not load on mobile vehicle-story pages, checkout-return URLs, local previews or URLs with unrecognised parameters. We also skip it when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track preference. Query strings and URL fragments are excluded from the beacon’s page and referrer metrics. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing practices. Browser blockers and these exclusions mean our visit totals are estimates, not a record of every person.

Mobile vehicle cards

If you choose the mobile QR option, the public vehicle details are encoded inside the QR link’s fragment—the part after the # symbol. Browsers do not normally send that fragment to the web server. We do not create or store a vehicle profile, but anyone who scans or receives the complete link can read the encoded display details. Vehicle photos are not included in the QR.

Your choices

Do not include unnecessary personal information in a showboard, mobile QR card or event kit. If you enter contact details for an event, they appear in the files you create and remain your responsibility. Requests about payment records can be made using the support link in the Link receipt; product and privacy questions can be sent through our contact form.

International use

Provider processing locations and legal rights vary by country. Managed Payments checkout displays the merchant-of-record identity and relevant payment disclosures before purchase. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
